About Dr. Madhok
Shailee Madhok, MD, is a world-renowned, board-certified specialist in pediatric asthma, allergy, and immunology who provides care at Regional Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center in Kingsport and Johnson City, Tennessee; and Abingdon, Virginia. After earning her Doctor of Medicine at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in Mumbai, India, Dr. Madhok relocated to Brooklyn, New York City, to complete her pediatric residency training at Brooklyn Hospital Center. She then went on to complete her fellowship in allergy, asthma, and immunology at the Cohen Children’s Medical Center (formally known as Schneider Children’s Hospital) and Long Island Jewish Medical Center, both located in Queens, New York City.
Dr. Madhok is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for her contributions to medicine, including the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Auxiliary Memorial Award for her research in allergies and immunology, as well as recognition by the International Association of Pediatricians as a leading physician of the world and top pediatrician in Kingsport, Tennessee. She’s also been awarded America’s Top Physician in Allergy & Immunology by the Consumer’s Research Council of America.
Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Madhok is an active member of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology and a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
